INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 ½ cup chilled strawberries

  • 3/4th cup thick cold yogurt

  • 2 tablespoon honey


DIRECTIONS

In a blender, add the banana, strawberries, and yogurt. Blend until smooth. Add the honey and transfer into a tall glass. Garnish with some fresh cut berries and serve immediately.

Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/8 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar

DIRECTIONS

Blend the banana, peanut butter, brown sugar and milk in a blender and pour into a glass. Garnish with some mashed peanuts and serve chilled.

You can also add one scoop of vanilla ice cream to the blend to give it the additional thickness and rich taste.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 orange - peeled

  • 2 oz raspberries

  • 3 tbsp cashews (optional)

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1 cup ice

DIRECTIONS

Squeeze the orange juice, and then add raspberries in a blender. Add water and ice to make it smooth and cool and pour mixture into a glass. Add cashews on top and enjoy!

  • 4 oz carrots - chopped

  • 4 oz pineapple

  • 1 pear - chopped

  • 2 tbsp goji berries

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1 cup ice


DIRECTIONS

Blend chopped carrots in a blender, add pineapple, pear, berries, hemp seeds and 1 cup of water and ice. Mix it till it becomes smooth, pout it glass and enjoy!
